Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Fairview Labs, Inc. (“GeoReputation,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use GeoReputation on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. GeoReputation is intended for business use by people 18 or older.

The service

GeoReputation measures how AI assistants describe businesses, scores visibility, and produces recommendations and reports. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but features, limits, and supported AI platforms may change as the product and the underlying AI systems evolve.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@georeputation.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for your team members and anyone you invite to your organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything illegal or to infringe others’ rights;
  • submit a website or domain for analysis unless you own it or are otherwise authorized to have it analyzed;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties except under a plan that expressly permits it (for example, an agency plan);
  • use the service to build a competing product, or to misuse the AI providers we rely on.

Your data and the rights you grant us

You retain ownership of the data you provide (your account data, brands, prompts, uploads, and the domains you ask us to analyze). You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf, including to fetch and store content from the websites you configure, to send prompts to AI providers, and to generate scores, reports, and recommendations for you.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit the domains, content, and data you provide, and to have us analyze them. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

How we access third-party sites

To analyze a website, we request its publicly accessible pages, in some cases through infrastructure that renders pages the way a browser would. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to have the sites you submit analyzed. If you do not want a site analyzed, do not submit it.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. Limits and features depend on your plan, and some capabilities are available only as add-ons or on higher tiers. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

AI-generated results and no professional advice

Scores, recommendations, and captured AI responses are derived from third-party AI systems, which are probabilistic and change over time. We present what we measure as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, accuracy, or that any recommendation will improve your visibility. Our output is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

Intellectual property

We own the GeoReputation platform, software, and brand, including any improvements and aggregated or de-identified data we generate from operating the service. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoReputation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GeoReputation harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service in violation of these terms, including claims related to the domains, content, or data you submit or ask us to analyze.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at privacy@georeputation.com and give us 60 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and GeoReputation agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in California or, at your election, your home county, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and GeoReputation each waive any right to a jury trial.

Exceptions and opt-out. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing privacy@georeputation.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

Counsel to confirm the arbitration provider, governing rules, and enforceability for the applicable customer segments.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
