GeoReputation is a brand reputation scanning tool that analyzes how AI models mention and recommend your brand compared to competitors. The service uses third-party AI models to generate insights.

3. Beta Service Disclaimer

GeoReputation is currently in beta. This means:

• The service may contain bugs or errors
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Data may be lost or reset during development
• Results are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical business decisions

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the service
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent service limits
• Not use the service to scan brands you don't have a legitimate interest in
• Not resell or redistribute scan results without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

Scan results are generated by third-party AI models (OpenAI). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Results may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Use results at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the brand names and information you submit. We retain ownership of the GeoReputation platform, design, and proprietary methods. Scan results generated for your account may be used by you for your business purposes.

7. Service Limits

We enforce usage limits to ensure fair access and prevent abuse. Free accounts are limited to a set number of scans. Exceeding limits or attempting to circumvent them may result in account suspension.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOREPUTATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
